Who are we?

Founded 6 June 1844 by Sir George Williams • Three fold purpose : to help young men develop in spirit mind and body – which gave rise to the Red Triangle – its famous symbol. Vision Of the YMCA • Proclaim the Christian gospel according to the Holy Scriptures • Provide programmes for the communities in the Greater Cape Metropolitan area • Programmes need financial support of both local and international communities and businesses
